Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an entry-level Shift Leader in Uniontown, PA to support store operations, help train new employees, and step into Assistant Manager duties when managers are unavailable. You will deliver customer service, greet customers, operate the cash register, stock merchandise, and maintain clean, organized premises while following health and safety rules.

A high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required; weekend

• Prior convenience store experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Greet customers with a smile and hello.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register with accuracy.
• Stock merchandise and maintain displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with health regulations.
• Handle daily transactions and cash securely.
• Perform duties assigned by Store/ District Manager.
