Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Fulton, NY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to share in the store’s operations with the Store Manager. You will help train staff, ensure compliance with policies, and supervise daily activities to boost sales while delivering excellent customer service.

You will greet customers, supervise cash handling, stock shelves, manage merchandise and ensure health and safety standards are met. Availability to work nights and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of store employees to improve sales.
• Assist in training and motivation of all store personnel.
• Offer appropriate customer service.
• Greet all customers with a smile and hello.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register with accuracy.
• Price, stock, and face merchandise; stock shelves and backroom areas.
• Maintain store compliance with Health Department rules and safety policies.
• Handle cash and inventory as needed.
• Work at least two nights per week and three weekends per month.
