Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations. This entry-level developmental role trains you to become an Assistant Manager, with weekend management duties as needed.

You will greet customers, stock merchandise, operate the cash register, maintain cleanliness, and help develop new employees. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Prior convenience store experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Offer appropriate customer service.
• Greet customers with a smile and hello.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register with accuracy.
• Stock merchandise and face shelves.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with health regs.
