Sweetgreen is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations and support a mission of connecting people to real food. You’ll lead shifts with energy, accountability, and a focus on hospitality, coaching teammates to deliver high standards of service and food quality.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in a Shift Leader or Supervisor role, thrive in fast-paced settings, and are authorized to work in the United States.

Competenze

1+ year of experience as Shift Leader or Supervisor.
Experience in fast-paced environments - restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
