Job summary

Papa John’s - Serazen is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant shifts, ensure high quality products and customer service, and drive profitability in a fast-paced environment. You will manage shift operations, follow company policies, maintain safety standards, and contribute to inventory and cash handling while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, Serv-Safe certification preferred, and prior shift lead experience.

Qualifications

• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred

Responsibilities
