Ideal candidates bring food service or retail leadership and are dependable communicators. Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays, is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail with leadership is a plus.
• Dependable and good communication.
• Able to juggle a busy shift and keep guest service front and center.
• Available for flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone by bringing positive energy and rallying the team.
• Keep things moving with food preparation, inventory, and accurate cash handling.
• Coach and celebrate Crew Members, monitoring progress and recognizing good work.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming restaurant while meeting food safety, brand, and network standards.
• Be a reliable support for your manager and make sound decisions during shifts.
