Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail environments.
• Leadership experience is a plus and encouraged.
• Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone and energy of the shift; welcome guests and lead the team.
• Assist with daily operations including food prep, inventory, and cash handling.
• Coach Crew Members and recognize good performance.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and compliant with brand standards.
• Support the manager and make sound decisions during the shift.
