DUNKIN / QUALITY BRAND GROUP in Colorado is seeking a Shift Leader to rally the team, greet guests, and help make every shift a success. You’ll support food preparation, accuracy in cash handling, and uphold Dunkin’s standards while guiding Crew Members.

This role offers paid training, leadership coaching, and opportunities to advance into management, with flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

• Leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone, bring positive energy, and make guests feel welcome.
• Keep things moving with food prep, inventory, and cash handling accuracy.
• Coach and celebrate crew members’ progress and performance.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and welcoming while meeting standards.
• Support the manager and make sound decisions during shifts.
