Qualifikationen

• Experience in food service or retail environments.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Set the tone and energy on shift; greet guests and rally the team.
• Help with food prep, inventory, and cash handling.
• Coach Crew Members and recognize good performance.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and compliant with brand standards.
• Support management and make sound decisions during shifts.
