DUNKIN' / QUALITY BRAND GROUP is seeking a Shift Leader to energize the team and deliver great guest experiences in Colorado Springs. You will lead crew, ensure smooth service, and uphold brand standards while working flexible hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• You have food service or retail experience; leadership experience is a plus.
• You're dependable, communicate well, and love helping your teammates succeed.
• You can juggle a busy shift, stay calm, and keep great guest service front and center.
• You're available for flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone. Bring positive energy, rally your team, and make guests feel welcome.
• Keep things moving. Help with food preparation, inventory, and accurate cash handling.
• Coach and celebrate. Teach Crew Members, cheer on their progress, and recognize a job well done.
• Take pride in your restaurant. Keep it clean, safe, and welcoming while meeting food safety, brand, and network standards.
