DUNKIN’ / QUALITY BRAND GROUP in Colorado is seeking a Shift Leader to welcome guests, rally the team, and help make every shift a success—with teammates who cheer you on.

You’ll grow with a team that believes in you, with paid training, hands-on coaching, and opportunities to practice leadership skills, including a possible path to General Manager. Shift Leaders help maintain guest experience and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• You have food service or retail experience; leadership experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate well with teammates and guests.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone. Bring positive energy, rally your team, and make guests feel welcome.
• Keep things moving. Help with food preparation, inventory, and accurate cash handling.
• Coach and celebrate. Teach Crew Members, cheer on their progress, and recognize a job well done.
• Take pride in your restaurant. Keep it clean, safe, and welcoming while meeting food safety, brand, and network standards.
• Be someone your team can count on. Support your manager and make sound decisions during your shift.
