Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support Taco Bell operations as a franchisee. You will run great shifts independently, take ownership of problems, and guide teammates to ensure smooth service while upholding brand standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic PC literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 18+ and reliable transportation are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help when appropriate.
• Provide guidance to others as needed.
