Qualifications

• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
• Skills: Cash management; planning and organization; effective communication

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure quality and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, programs and systems; follow laws and ethical practices.
• Maintain product quality, customer service, and costs; manage inventory and shift coverage; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Execute cash management duties and assist in meeting profit goals using the FOCUS system and company guidelines.
• Respond to customer needs, minimize complaints, and support training and development of team members
