TheShift Manager at Taco Bell is an hourly role that supports management with daily operations, customer service excellence, and adherence to company standards. The position emphasizes hands-on training and coaching of crew to uphold quality and speed of service.

Key duties include coaching crew, conducting food safety audits, managing cash procedures, inventory checks, and opening/closing tasks. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to meet SWS goals and maintain guest satisfaction.

May open/close restaurant when management is unavailable and supervise opening/closing activities.
