Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group in Colorado is seeking experienced Shift Leaders for Modern Market Eatery. In this fast-paced, open kitchen environment you will ensure shifts run smoothly and guest service goals are met.

Lead opening and closing procedures, monitor food quality, supervise breaks, coordinate station coverage, and assist the manager with additional duties as needed. This hourly role offers overtime eligibility and potential tip sharing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of restaurant shift leader experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Food handlers and alcohol service training preferred.
• Ability to coordinate work of self and others.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and delegate side work tasks
• Continually monitor our food and food quality
• Properly perform opening and closing procedures as the manager in charge of those shifts
• Run the shift while making sure that all employees are taking their given / mandatory breaks at the appropriate time throughout the day
• Work all stations in the restaurant while recognizing where you are most needed at a given time
• Assist Manager with other duties as needed
