Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Arvada, CO is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate a team and ensure a great guest experience. You’ll open and close the store, coach teammates, and help maintain a safe, clean environment while delivering quality food and friendly service.

This role offers a flexible schedule, no evenings or nights, competitive pay with tips, and opportunities to grow into leadership positions. Starting pay is $14.57 to $21.86 per hour, with benefits and programs that support work-life

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
Empower Shift Leaders to set morale and tone of the team; provide feedback and coaching as needed.
Open and close the store with minimal supervision; ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment.
Grow leadership skills and career progression, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders.
