Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Fort Collins to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will open and close the store with minimal supervision, coach teammates, and help maintain a clean, safe environment.

Our role focuses on teamwork, quality service, and steady hours with no late evenings. The position offers flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for growth within Bagel Brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
