Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring a Shift Leader in Denver, CO. You’ll partner with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, lead the team, and uphold food quality and safety while maintaining a clean store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early shifts and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must have ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred or required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience and set positive morale and tone.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
