Bruegger's Bagels in Des Moines, IA is looking for a Shift Leader to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team, maintain a high guest experience, and ensure smooth operations from opening to closing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass background check per local, state and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and meet driving qualifications (preferred/location dependent).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and ensure a safe, clean store.
