Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Clive, IA is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the crew and ensure guests have a great experience, while maintaining a safe, clean store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours, weekends.
• Must pass background check.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Valid driver’s license; preferred or required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain food quality and a safe, clean store environment.
• Opportunity to grow into a higher role.
