Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass background check per local/state/federal law.
• ServSafe Certification preferred or required before leadership training completion.
• Driver’s license preferred or required at certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Coach and give feedback to team members.
• Maintain food quality and a safe, clean store environment.
• Support General Manager in daily operations and training.
