Einstein Bros Bagels in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily operations and drive a superb guest experience. You will work with the General Manager to motivate the team, coach staff, and open/close shifts, ensuring high food quality and a safe, clean environment.

The role offers a pathway to higher positions within Bagel Brands. Applicants should be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to work varied hours, including mornings and weekends.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check.
• Must possess or obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Driver's license preferred or required at some locations.
