Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager, motivate the team, and deliver a great guest experience. You will coach staff, ensure quality products, and open/close the store with minimal supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, ability to work varied hours incl. early shifts and weekends, and background check clearance. ServSafe certification is preferred or can be obtained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must have ServSafe Certification or be able to acquire it prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid driver’s license is preferred but only required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
