Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Coppell, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to work with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will empower teammates, monitor service, and help set a positive mood on the floor.

You will open and close the store, ensure quality of food and beverages, maintain a clean and safe environment, and coach staff for continuous improvement. Bagel Brands offers a flexible schedule, paid time off after 90 days, and a clear path for career

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state and federal law.
• Must have or obtain ServSafe Certification before leadership training completion.
• Current valid driver’s license preferred or required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
