Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours, including early hours and weekends.
• ServSafe Certification required prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license preferred or required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to set the morale and tone of the team.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of the food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
