Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate and coach the team, ensure a great guest experience, and uphold food quality in a fast-paced bagel shop in Flower Mound, TX. The role includes opening/closing with limited supervision and leading by example to build a positive, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license where required by location.
• Able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.

• Lead and motivate team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
