Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must have or be able to acquire ServSafe Certification.
• Possession of a current, valid state driver’s license preferred or required at some locations.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to set morale and tone, provide feedback, and coach team members.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision; ensure quality of food and beverages and a clean, safe environment.
