Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Plano, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager in motivating the team and delivering a superior guest experience.

You will open and close the store, coach staff, and ensure quality and safety standards are met in a fast-paced environment. You'll have the ability to rise within Bagel Brands, with opportunities for growth as many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Must possess or obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Current valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Opportunity to grow and advance within Bagel Brands.
