• Must obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training completion.
• Driver’s license preferred, required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and set morale and tone; provide feedback and coaching.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages; maintain a safe and clean store environment.
• Grow career within Bagel Brands by advancing from Shift Leader to higher roles.
