Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Salt Lake City is looking for a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will open and close the store with minimal supervision and ensure a safe, clean environment.

We offer a flexible schedule, paid time off after 90 days, no evenings or nights, competitive pay, and benefits. A high school diploma, 18+, and ServSafe certification are preferred; background checks may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of, or ability to acquire, a driver's license and meet company driving qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and ensure a safe, clean store environment.
