Einstein Bros Bagels in Pleasant Grove, UT is seeking a Shift Leader to energize the team, ensure a great guest experience, and help run daily operations. Flexible schedule, growth opportunities, and a people-first culture drive our approach.

Open and close the store with minimal supervision, coach team members, maintain food quality and a clean, safe environment, and grow your career—many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess, or be able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license preferred at some locations.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Coach team members and provide feedback.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
