Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Ogden, UT is seeking a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will coach staff, open/close the store and maintain food/beverage quality in a safe, clean environment.

The role offers a path for career growth, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders. Flexible schedules and supportive benefits are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
Background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
Possession of a valid driver’s license (when required by location).
Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities
