Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to inspire and coach a team, ensuring a great guest experience and smooth store operations in West Jordan, Utah. You will collaborate with the General Manager to set team morale, open and close the store, and uphold food quality and a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess, or be able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but required at specific locations) and meet driving qualifications per company policy.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.
