Job summary

Jimmy John’s Dillon is seeking a Person in Charge or experienced crew member willing to train into our Manager in Training program. You will oversee all functions of a Jimmy John’s restaurant during your shift to ensure fast, accurate sandwiches and world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized operation.

The role includes leadership duties, potential store bonus, health insurance eligibility, and cash tips of $2–$6/hr after each shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willing to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Ability to handle and resolve customer issues and employee issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor cost control on the shift.
• Count drawers.
• Complete paperwork.
• Delegate and perform after lunch and closing shift procedures.
• Be the leader of the shift.
