Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking a Manager-In-Training (MIT) to develop leadership skills and grow within The Natelli Group Family. This role targets a fast-paced environment where strong procedures and long-term career growth are valued.

You will gain hands-on experience in menu mastery, shift leadership, scheduling, cash handling, and inventory control while maintaining food safety and quality standards. Training pays $14/hour with promotion to Shift Manager at $15/hour.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience in food service or customer-facing roles.
• Able to lift items up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Able to comply with store policies, including no personal device usage on the clock.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in operational mastery, including menu memorization and bread baking.
• Lead and train shift staff to meet store goals and uphold procedures.
• Execute compliance, quality control, and food safety checks.
• Enhance customer experience by resolving concerns and ensuring accurate orders.
• Oversee shift cash handling, opening/closing checklists, and inventory.
