Job summary

Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN® in Roxboro, NC is seeking guest-obsessed Shift Leaders to join our family. You will coach your team to ensure order accuracy, speed, high food quality, and correct food temperatures for every order, every guest.

Our hours run from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, which means you have afternoons and evenings free. We call it “Life After 2.” We offer a fun, fast-paced, team-oriented environment with competitive pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation for daily tasks.
• Ability to operate computer systems including e-mails and document handling.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coach your team to ensure order accuracy, speed, high food quality and correct temperatures for every order.
• Lead by example to ensure compliance with Code of Conduct, Attendance, and Uniform and Appearance policies.
• Develop crew members and skills to enable advancement.
• Act as a Biscuitville leader in the community and in-store.
• Create a welcoming dining room atmosphere for guests.
• Assist in controlling costs, inventory and cash handling.
