Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN® in Archdale, NC, is seeking a guest-obsessed Shift Leader to join our family. We offer a schedule that respects family and school commitments, with hours from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, giving you afternoons and evenings free.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation required for daily tasks.
• Ability to operate computer systems including emailing and document handling.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Regular local travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach team to ensure order accuracy, speed, and high food quality.
• Set an example by complying with company standards and policies.
• Develop crew members to gain new skills and responsibilities.
• Act as a leader in Biscuitville and the community.
• Create a friendly dining room atmosphere for guests.
• Assist in operating costs and cash control.
