Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation for daily tasks and regular local travel.
• Ability to operate and navigate computer systems including emailing and document creation.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Bending, reaching, twisting, turning, grasping, pushing, pulling, and walking.

Responsibilities

• Coach your team to ensure order accuracy, speed, high food quality and correct food temperatures for every order.
• Lead by example with compliance to all company standards and policies including Code of Conduct, Attendance and Uniform and Appearance.
• Develop crew members to acquire new knowledge, skills, and abilities for advancement.
• Act as a leader in Biscuitville and the community.
• Create a friendly dining room atmosphere for guests.
• Assist in operating costs and cash control.
• Ensure proper inventory levels through accurate ordering.
• Make employees feel part of the Biscuitville family.
• Fill in for crew positions as needed (Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, Cook).
