Job summary

Biscuitville is seeking guest-obsessed Shift Leaders to join our family in Winston-Salem, NC. Our hours run from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, giving you afternoons and evenings free under our Life After 2 model.

We offer competitive pay and benefits and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Shift Leader, you’ll coach the team to ensure order accuracy, food quality, and proper temperatures, while upholding our standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and ability to pass background check.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to operate computer systems, send emails, and create/print documents.

Responsibilities

• Coach team to ensure order accuracy, speed, high food quality and correct temperatures.
• Lead by example, comply with Code of Conduct, Attendance and Uniform policies.
• Develop crew members with new knowledge and skills for higher responsibility.
• Act as a leader in Biscuitville and in the community.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for customers by visiting the dining room.
• Support operating costs and cash control.
• Maintain inventory levels through accurate ordering.
• Fill in for crew positions as needed (Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, Cook).
