Job summary

Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN® is seeking guest-obsessed Shift Leaders to join our family in Clemmons, NC. We pride ourselves on character, authenticity, accountability, and a job with purpose that respects family commitments.

Our hours run from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, giving you afternoons and evenings free as part of Life After 2. As a Shift Leader you will coach the team to ensure order accuracy, food quality and safe temperatures, model company standards, help crew grow, and lead in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation required for daily tasks and local travel.
• Ability to operate computers, send emails, and create/save documents.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Bending, reaching, twisting, turning, grasping, pushing, pulling and walking.

Responsibilities

• Coach your team to ensure order accuracy, speed, high food quality and correct temperatures.
• Set an example by complying with Code of Conduct, Attendance and Uniform policy.
• Help develop crew members to gain new skills and responsibilities.
• Act as a leader in Biscuitville and in the community.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for customers by engaging in the dining area.
• Assist in controlling operating costs and cash handling.
• Maintain inventory levels through accurate ordering.
• Make employees feel part of the Biscuitville family.
• Fill in for crew positions as needed (Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, Cook, etc.)
