Job summary

Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN® is seeking guest-obsessed Shift Leaders in Mount Airy, NC. You’ll coach a team, uphold standards, and help guests enjoy a great, fast-paced dining experience from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
Reliable transportation for daily tasks and local travel.
Ability to operate computer systems including email and documents.
Lift up to 50 pounds; physical activity required.

Responsibilities

Coach team to ensure order, speed, food quality, and correct temperatures for every order.
Lead by example with company standards, policies, and Code of Conduct.
Develop crew members and help them advance to higher levels of responsibility.
Act as a Biscuitville leader in the community and create a friendly dining room atmosphere.
Assist in operating costs and cash control; manage inventory levels through accurate ordering.
Fill in for crew positions as needed (Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, Cook, etc.).
