Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for a Hardee's location in Verona, WI. This role partners with team members to ensure high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness while supporting profitability.

You will train crew, supervise shifts, and lead by example in a fast-paced restaurant environment. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities for motivated individuals.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent with 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative, harmonious working relationships with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings to discuss operations procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure cash procedures and handling procedures are followed.
