Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably a Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew; assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
