Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of shift management experience, are 18+, and can pass a background check and drug screen. We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• At least 1 year of shift management experience.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Driver’s license preferred; reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Train and develop crew under management guidance.
• Maintain labor and inventory controls according to company standards.
• Ensure cash handling and shift banking procedures are followed.
• Lead by example and maintain professional appearance and conduct.
