Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee's. You will train and supervise crew, lead shifts, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of shift management experience, is 18 or older, and can pass background and drug screening. Benefits, weekly pay, and advancement opportunities are offered in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Train for the Shift Leader position and operate the restaurant in the absence of the GM.
• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew; assist with duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards; control inventory per GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and security policies are followed.
