Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily store operations.
• Lead and motivate team members during shifts.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences with friendly, efficient service.
• Maximize sales and profitability for the store.
• Complete opening and closing procedures accurately.
• Prepare and make bank deposits.
• Assist with inventory management and product ordering.
• Ensure smoothies and food items are prepared to Smoothie King standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe environment.
• Enforce company policies and health/safety regulations.
• Train and coach team members for continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive, energetic team-focused culture.
