Smoothie King is seeking a Shift Leader in Texas to work with the General Manager, guiding staff and ensuring excellent guest experiences. You will coach the team, uphold quality and cleanliness standards, and contribute to daily store operations and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience by providing friendly, efficient service.
• Maximize sales performance while helping drive store profitability.
• Complete opening and closing procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and make bank deposits.
• Assist with inventory management and product ordering.
• Ensure smoothies and food items are prepared consistently according to Smoothie King standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment.
• Enforce company policies, operational standards, and all applicable health and safety regulations.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members to promote continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive, energetic, and team-focused workplace culture.
