Qualifications

• Guest service experience in a restaurant or retail environment (1 year).
• Supervisory or leadership experience (6 months+).
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a 'Guest comes first' attitude; model actions for team members.
• Provide a high-quality product, ensuring compliance to food safety procedures.
• Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders and liquids.
• Communicate and work with the Team to accomplish goals.
• Model and encourage upselling at point of sale (POS).
• Provide a safe, well-maintained store using company tools and checklists.
• Perform opening and closing Shift Leader duties.
• Follow cash handling and inventory reporting with integrity.
• Support and adhere to company standards for operations, marketing/communications and brand identity.
• Ensure store meets Smoothie King and health standards.
• Take initiative and possess problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism and excellent communication.
