Job summary

Smoothie King in Little Elm, TX seeks a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager with daily store operations and to coach team members for top guest service. You will help maintain quality and cleanliness, while driving smooth shifts and a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, inventory support, ordering, and ensuring health standards are met. You’ll foster a high-energy team culture and deliver consistent, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail or food service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Comfortable making decisions and delegating responsibilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience by providing friendly, efficient service.
• Maximize sales performance while helping drive store profitability.
• Complete opening and closing procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and make bank deposits.
• Assist with inventory management and product ordering.
• Ensure smoothies and food items are prepared consistently according to Smoothie King standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment.
• Enforce company policies, operational standards, and all applicable health and safety regulations.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members to promote continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive, energetic, and team-focused workplace culture.
