Whataburger is hiring a Shift Leader to drive operational excellence at the home restaurant location. You will lead shifts, coach team members, and help achieve goals for food and labor costs while maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a positive work culture, with opportunities to grow into broader leadership responsibilities and a path toward six-figure earnings through Operating Partners.

Competenze

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma/GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, variable hours, and dependable attendance.
• Stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 55 lbs.
• Experience coaching or leading teams; strong customer service, communication, and multitasking.
